Helsinki 2 - 3 Nerrad (AET)
Heartbreak for Helsinki! In a cracking game, it was Nerrad who
prospered and proceed to the final thanks to a dubious penalty
in extra time. The game was won and lost by the forwards with
Helsinki getting 9 out of 28 shots on goal and Nerrad getting 14
of 23 shots on goal. That made all the difference. The usual
suspects grabbed the goals with HarrisJones and Karrar on target
for Helsinki and Marcentos getting the winner for Nerrad. The
referee was the enemy of the piece for Helsinki as he awarded a
penalty against Helsinki for a dive by their own defender.
Bizarre.
