Sarnians vs Helsinki - first leg
The first leg in this two legged play off see Helsinki travel to
Sarnians. Surprisingly Sarnians come into the game off the back
of a rare home defeat, odds probably aren't great to make that
two home defeats in two games. Sarnians come in with a full
strength side, although some players looking a little jaded.
Helsinki continue to be missing Maeta, though it looks like
he'll be fit in time for next weekend's league game. It's likely
that Daaviski and Asanovic will drop to the bench with more
experienced squad players starting in place of them. In form
Warwick is tipped for another start in midfield alongside other
attacking midfielders Bok and Shynkarenko.

Sarnians vs Helsinki Hellhounds
The League Cup semi-final first leg arrives with a sense of
anticipation and edge as the Sarnians prepare to host Helsinki
Hellhounds at Deadman’s Alley. With the memory of a rare home
defeat still fresh, Sarnians will be looking to reassert their
dominance in front of a roaring crowd of 85,000.
Manager Skittles has opted for a rotated starting XI, balancing
freshness with tactical intent.
Across the dugout, Helsinki arrive with confidence and a touch
of caution. Their manager has acknowledged the difficulty of
back-to-back away wins in North Devon, especially against a
Sarnians side that rarely falters twice in succession.
While Yuya_Maeta remains sidelined, Helsinki are likely to lean
on experience, with Daaviski and A_Asanovic tipped to drop to
the bench.
The visitors’ midfield will be spearheaded by the in-form
Lyle_Warwick, supported by the creative Waratah_Bok and the
explosive O_Shynkarenko. With 117 goals and 69 assists across
their squad this season, Helsinki’s attacking credentials are
not in question.
This match promises a clash of styles—Sarnians’ structured
aggression versus Helsinki’s fluid creativity. With a place in
the final on the line, expect intensity, tactical nuance, and
moments of brilliance. Sarnians have been here before season
after season and are ready to respond. Helsinki will need to be
at their very best.
