Artic Storm vs Helsinki
In the coming weeks, Artic and Helsinki will get to know each
other even more as they face off three times in the cup. There
is no doubt that one side will be far happier than the other
about this! As noted in an earlier news article this season,
Artic have got one over on Helsinki twice already!! By early
July they may just extend their record against Helsinki to 5 - 0
but the hellhound fans will certainly be hoping that will not be
the case.

So overall this season Artic have an 8 - 5 aggregate lead over
Helsinki despite being out shot 69 shots to 43, that's an
impressive 18.6% conversion rate for Arctic (5.4 shots per goal)
and a woeful conversion rate of 7.2% for Helsinki (13.8 shots
per goal). [/quote]
Team news: Artic will be missing Rory Abbott fo the game as he
has a one match ban. Otherwise they are full strength and pretty
much fully fit. Helsinki are close to full fitness too, just
Dougan in midfield who is looking a little jaded and have a full
squad to choose from. No less than four Hellhounds are a booking
away from missing the next game which is away to Tranmere Titans
in the league. It is expected that the manager will go full
strength for this one which may see youngsters like Daaviksi and
Asanovic drop to the bench.

Sunset Knights vs Golden Eagles FC
Eagles travel to Los Angeles to face Knights in the KO cup
Quarter Finals coming off the back of extending their lead at
the top of Division One. They will be hoping that they can carry
their current league form into the cup competitions. The stars
of Saturday's win over Acorn - Campari Torr and James Avery are
both rested with the former on the bench, while Diog Guillems,
Davy Hanna and Dustan Huevo (who is back from injury) also start
from the bench. Domenic Torcaso, Angelo Nazari, Bryan Prittwick,
Pavel Chernyshev and Milos Potkozarač return to the
starting line up and it really shows the great depth that Eagles
have. Knights also have a full complement of players to chose
from and the visitors will need to keep the likes of Tore
Isaksen and Cillian Love quiet to ensure a good result here.
