Acorn Academicals 1-5 Sarnians
We’re continuing to make hay while the sunshines, and when the
teams were announced and Acorn had 5 in defence it looked like
it could be a tricky game. But a sublime run and lob from Tanaka
in just the 4th minute settled the side down. Then just 3
minutes later it was 2–0 thanks to Kai Pavlovs smart finish from
just outside the box.
From there on we were able to relax and get our football do the
talking with Tanaka claiming a second and captain Laszlo Kiss
grabbing a second half brace to take the win 5-1.
