       Rules of the GD.

       Welcome to OTG Foruming, a site built to help those that are
       being harassed by over moderation on other sites.
       This community is your family, you wouldn't be here if you
       didn't share something in common with these folks, so be polite.
       The rules are simple, don't break any laws in your country, if
       the staff finds anything suspicious we will work and review the
       material to decide whether or not to delete it. So don't do
       anything illegal and we won't have to crack down on you.
       Also, you can discuss anything you want on here but the staff
       would prefer you limit it to 2 paragraphs or anything less than
       that.
