A couple updates.

Raised the exp rates for Mining and Crafting.
Fixed the combat level problem with hunter.
Fixed the 90 Hunter/Agility portal.
Working on a herblore supply shop.
And theres a few more but I can't think of them right now.. I
will continue to post them as I update more.

Yeah, that's right.
Also there are some problems with crafting as well.
1. Uncut dragonstone + chisel = diamond
2. Cutting uncut diamonds doesn't work.
3. The experience rate for making dragonleather armour is still
the same as runescape's exp rate.
