Some things.

Fletching
I'm not sure whether or there are feathers anywhere in game, but
I'd like to make arrows myself.
The only missing components are feathers.
Crafting
The xp rates should be higher.
50xp per Sapphire, 68xp per Emerald, 85xp per Ruby, etc.
Mining
Same as Crafting, xp rates are way too low.
Still the same as before.
Slayer
Duradel seems to give only Easy and Medium tasks once I took an
Easy task once.
Now I only get Lesser Demons, Rock crabs and other low level
npc's as a task.
Herblore
Cleaning herbs works fine, but there's no way to make potions.
As there are no second ingredients in shops and I haven't found
any npc's that drop them.
Yes, there are some herblore ingredients in the Pikkupstix's
shop, but they don't work.
After trying these I'm pretty sure none of them work. Plus no
experience is gained for making an unfinished potion with only
the herbs.
The xp rate between cleaning herbs and farming is almost 10
times. Meaning when I hit 13m farming experience I only had 1.3m
herblore xp with just cleaning herbs. So in order to get 99
herblore I will have about 130m farming xp.
Fishing and cooking
Remove fishing from Catherby and move it to Fishing guild. All
the fishing spots are already there + a bank. And there are no
spots at Catherby to fish Sharks. Plus it's much nicer to see
skills at different spots rather to have them all bunched up in
one place.
I like the fishing xp rate the way it is right now and it is
quite low. So 99 fishing is a nice accomplishment. But the
problem is the rate at which the fishes are caught - that is way
too slow, it takes a lot of time just for a full inventory of
fishes.
Cooking on the other hand is just massive xp rate. At 80 cooking
I just bought raw sharks from Pikkupstix, and a full inventory
of successfully cooked sharks give ~800k xp.
This I'd like to see get lowered, so fishing and cooking would
be more equal.
Other
Strykewyrm lair
The portal to the Strykewyrm lair is found at "Agility and
Hunter" teleport. It requires 90 Hunter and 90 Agility to enter.
But the problem is even after I got 99 Hunter it kept saying
"You need 90 Hunter to enter".
Partyhats
Just bought a White partyhat for 1550 Level points, and turns
out it's not even nice.
Also I noticed it only does that when I'm wearing a platebody.

Potions
Make potions combine-able.
Combine two 2-dose potions and get one 4-dose potion.

I know not all of them would go under "bugs and glitches", but I
just wanted everything in one thread.

Have you been there? Cause last I checked the gates didn't open
there and chickens drop nothing.

I checked again, and still you can not get feathers at the
chicken farm.
Did you even check that yourself?

To fix the herb problem I have a good idea. Add npcs such as
goblins and men and kill them for the 2nd part to make the
potion. Then farm for herbs. I think I would make herb a little
harder and would make a more enjoyable to get
