How do we bring in more people? [PLEASE READ]

Heyy guys, I was just wondering if any of y'all had some good
ideas on how to bring in more people?
Maybe you have some friends on the other servers who'd be
willing to follow you?
VOTE more?
These are just a few example suggestions I have come up with to
make it easier for you all to think of more ideas. It would be
nice if I could have all of your opinions on what we can do to
better the server and keep it a steady and stable at least 10
people online at all times. I will be going around trying to
bring in others from other servers so if you could all do
something sorta similar to help, it would be greatly
appreciated. PLEASE REMEMBER, do NOT force people to come to the
server and do NOT spam our servers URL and name, as we do not
wanna be spammed as well. Thank you all, just stay friendly and
open minded to what others like. Have fun (: I look forward to
all of your efforts into building our server.
Just get them to GOOGLE the following:

And then you want to tell them to click the first link that is
by Moparscape.org that is titled "Shadow-Scape STAFF NEEDED -

I'm pretty sure advertising on other servers is not the best
thing to do. A lot of servers get Ddos'd for doing that and that
kind of advertising rather brings in trouble than good.
And I'm also sure none of us want randoms to advertise on our
server as well and try to pull our players away from the server.
So I'm suggesting to not do that at all.
On the other hand a lot of people go on Runescape private server
community sites to check out new servers and such, so it's
always good to go on these sites and post on Shadowscape's
advertising thread to bump the post.

spammin are server trying to get us back
