With the servers being updated and refreshing, for now there
isn't an "account compile" which automatically saves your
progress.
How can I save my progress?
Logging off and back in is how you can be sure to do this. By
logging off you're saving your accounts progress onto the
server.
How often should I do this?
This is up to you, as you do not know when the server will
refresh. I log off and on everytime I gain a couple of high
levels, or every 5-10 minutes to feel safe.
How often does the server 'refresh'?
It only refreshes about 2-3 times MAX every hour as far as I
have seen. If you hit a big goal that you do not wish to do
again, log off and on. It takes 5 seconds to do so.
