       Legion role challenges

       Hey guys.  I know I've mentioned this in legion chat but i
       wanted it up on here as a reference.  Roles were originally
       assigned by captains and commanders based on form strength, ship
       strength with parts and EP/activity.  These are subject to
       challenge and change which will be discussed below.
       Infiltrator/Security
       In order to apply for a security or infiltrator you must
       challenge a current role holder.  The rules and order of events
       are as follows:
       1)   message 16 or Captain the role and person you wish to
       challenge
       2)   challenge said role player
       3)   The challenger must win the first 2 consecutive battles
       (please take screen shots of legion history in case as proof of
       victory just in case)
       4)   If a challenge is successful the role player being
       challenged has 24 hours to win his first two consecutive mock
       battles against the challenger.
       5)   If the current role player successfully wins twice then
       the role will remain his.  If not, or if the current role player
       fails to battle back, the role will
       belong to the challenger.
       * Challenges can only take place during non legion at war
       events and you can only challenge the same player one time per
       LaW period.
       *  You can do multiple challenges but not at the same time
       and never to the same player.
       * Messages to captain or 16 must occur before challenge
       occurs
       Engineers
       Engineers can be challenged by any member with an EP above
       170 (EP will be determined by the ep on OTDS stat sheet)
       Challenge rules will be the same as for infiltrator and
       security
       Pilots
       Until we have better data pilots will be determined by the
       Captain based on who has the strongest atk ship with the best
       defensive parts.
       Top ship combos can be found in the ships for LaW section.
       Pilots must also have enough ep to launch multiple phases
       Ship strength is determined by survey
