Recruitment!!!

Hi All
As discussed in chat now that war is over it's time to bump
inactive and recruit to fill our ranks for next war! If we
field 20 fighters in a battle, it's nearly a guaranteed win so
having active ranks is crucial.
With our new starfighter power, we need to all be working to
have a balance between EP for adequate charge and high enough
CAP for strong boarding.
I propose that we set a standard for new folks in both areas.
To get the discussion started, how about Minimum Class 6 in
Proving grounds (to show boarding strength) and level 85 to
ensure adequate skill points to have high EP? Or even higher on
both if you all want to. Let me know what you are thinking!

I'm fine with that but most arnt level 6 and I'd rather have a
level 4 that plays a lot and has high ep as opposed to a 6 that
is only on for 1 or 2 legion battles. . Until konomi puts in a
change where hanger doors get disabled strong fighter squadrons
will have a distinct advantage. Especially in legions such as
ares where we basically give each other max level ships

We also need to figure out who isn't playing and cut them. We
may have a few inactives or second accounts that we should
inactivate. Please share your thoughts

Fresher sterling and frye seem pretty inactive to me.

bare minimum logging in or no contribution
Hawk Marksman- 700 legion ppoints...enough said
Balin- think contributed to last war but don't recall much
activity
Angry- same as balin
I appreciate feedback on any of this : )

Konami doesn't make it easy to see who is actually active and
who is not as far as legions go. That being said, I support
Tachy's list.

Low points doesn't mean not playing a lot. Most points come
from leveling up ship. In fact more than 2/3 of my points have
come from that. The only 2 I'm not sure of are Nima and outlaw.
I think the rest can be inactivated for sure

I think tachy has it spot on im afraid....
although cutting people from the legion seems a bit harsh
especially when trying to determine how inactive a player has to
be before he is cut, there are a good six or seven players I
think we could easily let go purely on my own observations...
just think what we can achieve if we can fill at least 6 or 7
positions with highly active players...

16 agree... to a certain degree.....you get 50 points a day for
logging in........someone who is been in the legion longer than
i and have less than 2k points is very inactive.....i mean once
every two days in a month would net you 700 points......plus
even contributing to a battle a day would net you another
700-1000......but one battle a day in my opinion is not
acceptable if we want to be constantly top 100 or top50 :)

That's a fair point. One thing to keep in mind is that this
legion battles was the first time battles were over with in the
first two rounds. Battles used to routinely go 8-10 phases with
a lot of people showing up in the middle. That being said it's
time your right if we have 20+ fighters launching in that first
wave we are a top 50 legion
