       a cheap piece of plastic toy. The weight itself and the screen
       size are extremely attractive, especially when it has to fit
       into a lady's bag or a school bag. I have previously tested the
       somewhat larger Iconia Tab A700 also from Acer, which despite
       its 10 inch screen still managed to look super nice to hold in
       the hands.

       After having the Iconia B1 with me on the road for a few days,
       the slightly bad first-hand impression was turned into an
       extremely positive acquaintance, it's a little guy and it's
       lightning fast! Compared to my now older case of an iPad, the
       Iconia B1 was clearly preferable for both surfing and e-reading.
       On the other hand, it is a real shame that Acer has chosen  on
       the back, which makes it almost impossible to play games, watch
       videos or listen to music at full blast! I would definitely
       think that the Acer Iconia B1 with 8 GB is a very good choice
       for older and smaller children of school age, where the parents
       would like to invest in a tablet for the home or the school bag.
