Tonight's show with Jack Murphy was excellent.
They talked A LOT about how evil happens when we don't have any
intention for it to.
How the groups we create with others helps form our
intentions,what the instant dopamine hit of trash like Facebook
does to our brains and our businesses.
It was interesting and helpful for me.
From 1:27:26 is a bit of talk about exercise, skateboarding
communities and intentions.
A good listen,heavyish on the politics and constitution stuff.
