       Hello from Kent - UK

HI - Recently purchased a Civile off an Italian gent who had it
unused at his home in Umbria, be brought it to UK a few weeks
ago. advertised it on ebay at a high price but as it was in
London and only a few miles from me, I thought id check it out.
Well it was still in his van, and had not been started for a
long time, surprisingly good condition and apparently only done
7000k. A very cheeky low offer was made, a counter offer and it
was mine, too good to pass and worth the risk.
Have been checking the bike over and quite frankly amazed and
how good it is, and beginning to believe mileage may be genuine
as there are many signs of it not being used much, just need to
get a few jobs done before trying to start it. New battery is
first and oil change and fresh petrol to see if any signs of
       life.
Hopefully my optimism is justified, fingers crossed.
Will be posting many newbie / dumb questions so patience
       please!!
       Paul

Welcome to our little band Paul; I'm afraid that Facebook has
pretty much killed off the forum, although there's still a
little traffic on here, and of course links to quite a lot of
       resources and tips.
It would be worth your while trawling through them, and
downloading the manuals and the Paul Friday files, which are
       very useful.
       See the Links section.
Sounds like you got yourself a good deal, so I hope it goes well
       for you
