Hello
What is the (best) way to change the two bearings in the rear
wheel sprocket carrier?

Never done it, but assume you should get them out with a bearing
puller, or knock them out with a suitable drift (if you're
replacing them anyway). Might help to heat the carrier first to
expand it?

Correct Banquo - I have done mine, carefully heated the carrier
then used a bearing puller. It was still a pig of a job as the
bearings had obviously been in there a long time! Heat the
carrier again to put the new bearing in.
