       Wanted: Panniers & Frames, Screen.

Yes, I do have a sense of humour. :D I expect everybody else is
looking as well and I've come pretty late to the party, but one
       must try.
Don't know whether a screen or fairing is the way to go. I'd be
grateful for your thoughts. Always supposing anything were to
       turn up, of course.

Depends what you like Junco; you won't be riding fast on the NF,
so a screen is not strictly essential, but having got one, I
like it. You can crumple youself behind it when the weather is
really bad, and it does take the wind off. It's 'interesting' in
       cross-winds, being handlebar mounted.
Panniers are an obvious benefit, so nothing to say. Genuine ones
       are rare and usually expensive.
The teardrop ones I have also seem to have been used on some
early big twins, although the fixings may well be different.
I bought a pair of ammo boxes from Fergusons in County Place
(and negotiated a good deal on a pair, after asking how much one
cost), and was going to use them until the real deal turned up.
The ammo boxes are arguably better, with weathertight seals, and
they definitely would look the part.
The key issue is the frames of course; the real ones presumably
       only fit the NF.
You're welcome to measure mine up if you want.

I tried for years to get panniers in Australia. then in
desperation I put an add on Gumtree. 10 days later had some. The
Army type not civi. The frame was bent and took some work, Had
       them panel beated and painted.
have not fitted yet as putting a sidecar on the falcone. Then
       will fit the panniers.

the original fairing was used on a variety of guzzi police
models ( V7,T3 V50 NF) so that is pretty easy to find
it might helptoknow where you are located,
the original NF panniers are hard to find ,but the metal V7
panniers fit well, with just small alterations to the frames
       those are easier to find.
