That's a really nice job Randall; looks very professional.
Did you make the lettering template, or was it available for
sale?

Thanks Banquo,
I brought the lettering template by a french company ,
available on the net;
HTML https://www.google.fr/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&sqi=2&ved=0ahUKEwikq9vum97NAhVFCcAKHTzyDRAQFghFMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lettresadhesives.net%2F&usg=AFQjCNF8SYrvNrzECQZF3LxRfyXzeypUaw&sig2=Z_r-Ld0-X5-VgWTi0cpJRw&bvm=bv.126130881,d.ZGg
It cost approximately 3 euros each plus the sending cost;
I ordered the template, by select the options as follow:
step 1: select your text
step 2: Arial Bold
step 3 : White
step 4:hight 2,5 cm
step 5: pochoir (template)
step 6: preview
step 7: total lenght 19 cm

OK; when you said template, I thought you meant like a stencil,
where you painted on the letters using a guide...
HTML https://www.decorsteals.com/media/catalog/product/s/t/stencil-letter-decor-steals.jpg
I guess the letters were actually self-adhesive, and stuck onto
the seat material?
Either way, it looks really nice!

Template is not the correct word,( in french they call pochoir)
stencil is the correct word, the technique is similar, only a
bit more modern, using a three layer sticker,
first you have to remove the protection layer and than apply the
sticker on the surface , push hard in order to obtain a good
adherence of the sticker , than remove the protection film and
finaly paint the letters, once the paint is dry , remove the
remaining sticker;

That's great; I've never seen one like that before.
Final question (honest!); what kind of paint did you use?

I used a normal spray white mat paint (appret blanc from
AkzoNobel) for external use;
to be applied from 30/40 centimeters distance in very short
sequences in order to avoid paint drops;
Please do not hesitate to ask more questions ;)
