Huub, I am quite tall (1m 93cms) and just on the 1st ride
yesterday (190kms) found the lower fairing gets in the way,
having to ride with splayed legs which is uncomfortable.
Removal will enable me to tuck my legs in which I prefer.

i am only 1.85 meter my legs just fold behind the fairing of my
le mans 2.
( same fairing lowers as your spada )
the le mans has the footrests a bit more to the rear of the
bike.
removing the fairing is probably the easiest solution , you
might play around with the footrests later,
Having said that, we are talking italian bikes , they are
supposed to be gorgeous, not practical. ;D
my bevel 900SS riding position is best described as a torture.

Just filled the Spada for the first time, just under 58mpg
(Imperial) I can live with that. I have removed to crazy
sidestand too, I was catching my boot on it when changing gear.

That looks like the garages where I picked up my NF. If so I
hope he didn't fiddle with it. Nice bloke but mechanically inept
at best, and appalling with electrics
