Dave's Spada
By: Dave Date: January 3, 2016, 3:40 am
---------------------------------------------------------
My New Year means a change in my garage, Kawasaki LTD 1000 goes
today, 350 Bullet this week to be replaced by a 1983 Spada, so
now I will be a Guzzi only chap (1970 NF lives here) and my car
is a 2007 Alfa 159, so toys wise I am Italian :)

Good move Dave. I suppose the NF and the Bullet do the same job,
and the Spada should be more character ful (or character
building perhaps!) than the LTD

I've always liked the look of the Spada, especially with the
factory windscreen. Mechanically, it's a big block Guzzi, so
should last forever.
Happy riding
Nick

It's been in a collection in Italy for years which explains only
11,000 miles, in super condition

I am actually buying it privately from the guy who bought it
from the dealer last summer

Losing the fairing's no great loss. How do you manage on your
NF? I'm only 6' 1" and sit right on the back of the seat....
I did see one with forward controls, which I did consider, but
ended up getting by just by sitting further back
