Newbies say hello

The NF forum is dead; long live the NF forum.
A few weeks back the Mighty Falcone Virtual Owners Club forum
disappeared.
No warning; just gone.
This is an attempt to get it all back up and running, thanks to
the folks at createaforum.com, who, we hope, are far more
reliable than the previous hosts. Welcome!

Nice to see the forum MK2 up and running!
I live in the middle of France near a town called Auzances.Nice
empty roads without potholes but they do like to spread granite
gravel everywhere.
My NF is an ex traffic police (I think) which I bought over here
and it only had 8k kilometers on the clock and is is good
original condition. It keeps my 1971 Ambassador company in the
workshop.

Hello Folks and greetings from Canada. Hey Jake, is there any
chance that there's an archive version of the old forum so that
some of the good stuff there could be copies across? It may be
worth a look.

I've looked Nick, and found nothing so far. I think that archive
site based itself on level of traffic, so we wouldn't show up
too well. That said, it found Paul Friday's stuff, so anything's
possible. Remember, this one is risky too, but it's the same
host used by Advrider, so I'm hoping for better things.
The other forum I lost had been going for 10 years, so we lost a
lot more... :'(

Hi Guys, First of the Southern Chapter signing in. Hope to see
Dave Wiggins and Peter Turner doing likewise. The old forum had
masses of info on there, including my experience getting the
bike I bought off Paul Friday up and running, following some
drastic head work he had done at the Cylinder Head Shop. When I
find time, I will try to precis down what I needed to do to get
a genuine 85 mph performance out of it.
If you managed to find the Paul Friday info Jake, can any of it
be copied and pasted on here?
It shouldn't take too long attracting new forum members, it's
not as though there are lots of sites out there bearing Nuovo
Falcone in the title. Leave it up to Google. We just need to
fill a few of the categories to keep the traffic coming back.

Welcome Ken; probably you're right, but it's frustrating to have
lost all the contact details along with the forum. I managed to
find Caliali from Cumbria on Photobucket, but no means of
getting in touch as yet. Plus there were all the guys from Oz
and NZ.... Still, that's life.
I have most of the Paul Friday stuff, but I'd prefer to have his
go-ahead before uploading it. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't object
but it would be wrong to assume. Remember that most of it can be
found on that archive site?
