No paint coses available as far as I know (in common with most
Italian bikes - not just Military ones)
What I can say is that the JNA bikes are not the same colour as
the Italian ones. The italian one I've seen are finished in a
semi-matt, probably satin finish, whereas the JNA ones were much
more glossy, with a much creamier green colour. Is any of the
paint original on yours, so you can show a sample to someone...?
If you want military paints, this place is a good starting
point, and if you trawl through, you may even come across an
       Italian colour.

The Sahara (desert) colour is the other option, but that didn't
       have the fairing AFAIK....

Just found a reference to "grigio verde scuro" and "grigio verde
chiaro" These appear to have been colours from WWII.

The original colour has the Lechler-code: Verde Esercito
       Italiano GUZ 13A.

Hi I found a link to the various falcone colours
  HTML http://www.guzzitreff.de/cms/?Modifikationen:Lackierung%2FFarben
This is a google translation of the first bit
The theme seems to be quite trivial at first glance. Looking
       color, painting, finished ...
For those who wants his Nuovo Falcone restore the original as
possible, but it is not so simple. The Guzzisti in Mandollo have
in any case never held to the RAL colors. Why should they? What
they ended up creating the 1925 founded the Weimar Republic
"Reich Committee on delivery". With the RAL color system so an
approach is best if possible. Who can still find useful ink
residue on his property, which should thus go to a specialist to
have the right mix color according to an analysis. To simplify
things a partnership agreement with ASI (Auto Moto storiche
Italia) is the company Lechler exactly for this purpose received
which the content has a "Veteran Motorcycle Register" with all
colors, divided by motorcycle manufacturer, model and year to
       Create.
Below I'm trying to reproduce what I could find on the subject
of "Colori" for Nuovo Falcone. Of course, as always everybody
       cordially invited to contribute.
Looking inside the tool box on my bike it is a satin finish in a
light green as is the frame. The rest of it is black over green.

I guess Kater's is the original colour for the Italian bikes,
but the Yugoslavian ones are definitely different.
I have mudguards and other parts from both versions, and they
are completely different colours (plus the JNA ones have white
       stripes on the mudguards)

       Here's some more, from:

  HTML http://forum.animaguzzista.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=37762
"the nuovo falcone was painted with different kinds of green,
depending on the army or of which it was intended:
Green Yugoslavia 290 GABRIEL 11287 military vehicles x former
       Yugoslavia Army
Olive green 291 GABRIEL 11200 old color Italian traffic police
Army Green 292 GABRIEL 11236 (Moto 10-E) Motorcycles x Italian
       Army
The Italian army green you can apply in normal Motion code with
       Lechler tinting machine 10-e. "
The traffic police bikes are glossy, the Italian Army ones are
satin, and the Yugoslavian ones are semi-gloss from what I've
       seen.

All good information ! I was thinking of hand painting it with
tekaloid coach enamel as they do a light landrover green which
looked similar. I may rethink that now there is an actual colour
       reference to work off.

I've never seen a [glow=red,2,300]pink[/glow] one, so this is
your opportunity to stand out from the crowd!

After looking at quite a few Nuovo falcone handlebars (Sad I
know) I think ball ended finger grooved levers are the way to
go. I ordered some Tomaselli copies which arrived last week from
Poland. They are a very reasonable price and well made and
finished. The nipple holes and cable grooves are fine for
stronger cables so all good there.
The bad news is they are too deep for the fulcrums by 10mm. >:(
The fulcrums are the standard chrome ones.
