So, she admitted that she doesn't follow the item rule, and
thinks it's a bad rule. I warned her to not give items away, due
to the fact that the server isn't a free item server, but she
didn't reply.
So, I'd say be on the lookout for her. Make sure she still isn't
giving items away.

He has been stripped of the [Recruit] rank with until further
notice, in order to prevent him from reaching a rank that will
give access to /item.
If he continues to voluntarily break the rule(s) then further
action will be taken.
I would prefer not to ban someone just for giving out free
stuff, but our economy doesn't work if it's christmas everyday.
Giving out an item here and there is fine, but it's when people
do it constantly and all that time, that it becomes a problem.

I've spoken to Vinyl and he claimed that he mainly only gives
out building materials since the chests are currently missing.
I've told him that is acceptable even when the chests are in
place, building materials are always free.
I've asked him not to give out anything that should be earned,
especially end game armour or weapons and he's agreed not to.
He has been reinstated as a [Recruit], please let me know if he
breaks his word.
