Even though the death of the server was inevitable, (and I say
inevitable, only because I can sometimes foretell if a server is
going to die or not, which I was able to tell 5 months prior to
the official closing of Nalah's Terraria Server), we shall not
let the memories of this wonderful place go to waste. The times
we spend together on a Terraria server might be 0 now, but the
memories we hold will last for eternity, as long as we try to
remember the good times spent every once in a while. Stay
strong friends, may your futures bring you good fortune and
happiness.

It's certainly a shame that the server has now been shut down,
but as Isaac stated, the death of the server was quite
predictable a few month prior to the official shut down. It is
sad that the server has shut down, but I hope that our community
can still stay together - it would be a shame to loose contact
with any one of you. You are amazing, kind and unique people,
and it has been great to get to know you all throughout the few
years I have been on the server. Lets all hope that the forums
and Steam group remain open, since the Discord group has now
been shut down these are the only two places we have left to be
together as the strong community we once were. Some people have
moved on to different servers or have quit Terraria completely,
but I will always hold a place in my heart for this server - my
first Terraria server - and all of the incredible people I have
had the privilege of getting to know. However, all good things
must come to an end, the server had a long run and of course I
am sad that it has shut down, but I suppose we will all have to
move on eventually. For all of you saying that we can just set
up a Minecraft server or Terraria 2/Otherworld server when it
comes out, I don't think you realize that it isn't as easy as
just clicking a button to say "make a server", it requires
dedication, which a lack of resulted in NTS's eventual closure.
Of course a server for a different game would be nice, but I
don't know if it will actually happen.
Anyway, I hope our community can stay together despite not
having a game server, I hope the forums will suffice for
communication for those few people who still do check here.
