       Terraria has released an update 1.3.1 and Tshock has not yet
       developed the new version to match the update, so you will be
       unable to connect to NTS if you are running the new Terraria
       update.
       Hopefully it's updated soon. You can follow their Twitter if you
       want to keep yourself in the loop.
