I dunno about some stuffs xD

I have 3 questions about NTS (even tho I have been using it for
about 1 year)
FIRSTLY..... On one of the applying posts it says 'YOU CAN ONLY
APPLY ONCE' in bold letters! Does that mean once only!
FOREVER???? Once a Month?! Once 6 MONTHS!? Once a year or what!?
Please help me because I really want to be staff so I can help
people and I have failed mentor twice but I still really wanna
help and work my way up to SA! :(
SECONDLY..... Why can't be apply for artisan?? It really bugs me
about it and I wanna know why since I love to build, I have
build an epic castle on one of my single player servers too!
THIRDLY..... So I have been wanting to change my name for a
while now, but I want to keep my patriot rank on the server.
Since it's not staff rank I don't know if I will ever get it
back (patriot) and since it will not say my proper time, well I
don't know!
And those are my 3 questions about NTS! I hope they can all be
answered ASAP! Thanks

1. You can only have one pending staff application at one time,
if it is accepted you don't need to re-apply of course, if you
are denied you can try reapply in one week, or whenever you are
ready. You don't really get told if your application was denied
though... so I don't really know how you can tell if it is
denied unless it has been archived/someone has actually said
it's denied
2. Artisan is earned through effort and dedication to building
on the server. If you are noticed for being a good builder you
have a chance of being Artisan. Have a look at other Artisan's
work, they build a variety of different things, you might get
some inspiration from them. Just remember to make your builds
original. Artisan cant be earned by just slopping a few blocks
together and calling it a house. Good builders spend many hours
on their houses and pixel arts and
3. There is a name change request thread in the forums
somewhere, or you can probably message Nalah or a Superadmin and
ask for your name to be changed. You will be re-promoted to
Patriot if your name request is accepted.
