What is your in-game name? Once before I was MykDaev and now im
Itadakimasu.
How often are you on this server? everyday.
What time of day do you come on the server? 8:00 pm to 11:30 Mon
- fri and 12:00 am - 5:00 am in the middle of saturday - sunday
morning.
What time zone do you live in? UTC+8:00, Philippines
How long have you been on Nalah's Terraria Server? I've started
out on August 2015 - present.
Why do you want to be a___? I want to be a VIP since I'm not
that good to be an artistan nor to be a Moderator. My priorities
in this server is to build buildings and pixel arts without
being banned to use items (to make the building more attractive
with the use of wires, water and etc..). I know some t-shock
commands since I'm studying how to use them. Nalah, its also
your best decision whether in what rank I'll be in.
Will you prioritize your role as staff over over things such as
building and goofing around with friends? Yes, Ill be helping
other staff and new comers to bless them with a warm welcome to
NTS. making everyone comfortable and to stay long in NTS.
Do you have the sufficient knowledge to answer many questions
that are put to you? Yes, I 90% sure to answer all their
questions that is put into me. Well, the 10% goes to something
that I'm not perfect to answer question since its impossible for
a human not to get wrong some time.
Do dogs have brains? Yes they do. Dogs can understand with
people around them since they have an intellect that cats are
slow of. Their just like us humans, but in some what way they
lived as a dog.
Tell us about you. How old are you? My name is Michael Dave Yap
(fb for more info) im 17 years of age. I live in Philippines. Im
a 1st year BS information Technology student and I'm a sort of a
gamer.

Your application does not have correct title - you say you are
applying for VIP, but the title says itadakimasu's application
for Moderator
Also, VIP means Very Important Player - that means a very
important player for Nalah. It is not usually an applicable
rank, but well, good luck :)

Could I delete this application form and create a new one? If I
cant make a new one then never mind
If possible, just put me in the least rank
