he even admits using commands like /god and /summon and /kill
i cant ban so i cant do anything and im the only one with a rank
on the server at this time plz help!

Oh, I just noticed. Your thread is in wrong section. Ban Appeals
is where ban appeals should go. That means when you get banned,
regret your "crimes" and want to be unbanned to be able to join
back. This is more like a ban request (though hacking should be
no reason for a ban unless explicitly harmful, forbidden or
dangerous) and should go to Reports section rather than Ban
Appeals
