Ask someone with a name like eg. Cat2.0+ so with a + on the
end. So ask one of them to remove the [bad] rank. It has
happened to my friend before.

Don't ask Cat2.0 anything...she's clearly a troll. You was
labeled "bad" for any number of reasons, Harassing players/staff
or Grief. Use of hacks. Could have been any reason at all. You
will need to talk to Saru or Nalah in regards as to why. Other
than that you're pretty stuck there.
