       Not getting full permissions as VIP.

       I'm trying to deny teleport access but it says "you dont have
       access to this command." the forums say vip gets to deny
       teleports and summon invasions but these aren't true. im not
       sure if its just command problems or if a history of abuse
       removed them.

       That forum post is a bit outdated, I'll fix it now.
       VIP cannot summon invasions but they can block teleport
       requests. I will fix the permissions to reflect this.
