well this is Ash's helper application

How often are you on the server?
usually almost all day every day
but that can change in a matter of moments
What time of day do you come on the server?
12 Pm to 4 Pm and in some cases 11 Am to 5 Pm
What time zone do you live in?
United States Central: arkansas
How long have you been on Nalah's Terraria Server?
according to /check ive been on since 1/1/2015
Why do you want to be a Helper?
Becuase I want to help ppl out using helper also I have a pretty
good understanding of tshock(i really hope that makes sense)
Will you prioritize your role as staff over over things such as
building and goofing around with friends?

well my name is agustus "cadet" boblett an I live in van-buren
arkansas
and I kinda have ad hd(i really dont see anything adhd in my
personality)
oh and my age is 13 and my iq is about 90

Your post is a bit vague in places, plus you can't just jump
from a normal citizen of the server up to mod. It would be
highly unlikely that you would receive that rank without putting
in the time first.

A VIP would count as an upper class citizen. They have a bit
more ability and resources to use, but are still at the mercy of
the governing body.

This is too rushed, and you should consider becoming a Helper
first, even before thinking about applying for Mod
