Anti-Build

I think having anti-build when no staff are on is a good idea,
however sometimes no SA's are on for most of the day (for
European time zones at least)
Quite a few people have complained about the lack of ability to
build and Ive had to tell them there isn't much i can do about
it apart from suggest other things to do. I am aware Anti-Build
is to protect the server whilst an SA is absent from the server,
however i think admins should also have the ability to remove
Anti-Build.
So, lets say i join, and anti-build is on, i remove anti build
while im on and turn it back on when i leave if there are no
admins/superadmins available.
This is just a suggestion.

My opinion may not be much, but it would certainly be helpful to
be able to build more than just 1 hour in the evening during the
entire day, because i havent seen an Sa from the european time
zone and the diffrenece between American and european time zones
is 4-8 hours depending on areas.

Sorry Snow, Anti build is my fault. I put it on because I
couldn't find a command that Bert was talking about. So rather
than look like I'm irresponsible with the server I chose to put
anti build on until I could talk to Bert and regain knowledge of
that command. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anti build should not be on overnight. I've already said this to
Bert, hopefully he relayed the message.
