Request for demotion?

I'm tired of how rude Rodimus is. He always is rude to me and
keeps muting me. Multiple people have complained about his
rudeness and I think it's time for him to stop. I feel that
Rodimus is not fulfilling his role as an admin because people
have said that they'd prefer to ask a non-staff for help. I have
seen multiple people, about 20-30 people quit the server because
of his attitude.
If you did not know what I just said, read this summary.
Reasons:
Rude
Mutes people at innapropriate times
Multiple complaints
Not doing his job
People would rather ask non-staff for help
Multiple people quit because of him

Alright! So...Let's break that down.
Rude It's been a KNOWN fact for the last year or so that I am a
"rude" person. I've openly admitted to being a jackass. And most
of the time, my "rudeness" is the type of humor I have."
Muting at inappropriate times. What kind of time would this be?
Perhaps the mutes that come after trolling, use of all caps,
shit talk.... Or the random mutes that instantly get undone?
Multiple Complaints These so called complaints have only come
from those who think the punishment they was dealt was to much.
Again, another well known fact about me. I don't hesitate to
hand out punishments. People think I am harsh but I could be a
lot worse, hell I used to be. Also I would like to know who and
what the complaints are.
Not doing his job Do YOU even know what MY JOB here at NTS is?
No? My job isn't what you THINK it is. As for the said rules of
being an ADMIN, I follow them to a T. Just because you don't see
it doesn't mean a thing.
People would rather ask non-staff for help Last I checked, it
was encouraged to ask other players for help. Granted I don't
jump straight up and raise my hand when a player asks for help
and I give smart ass answers or replies, but again that is my
nature and the kind of humor I have.
Multiple people quit because of me You say YOU have seen 20-30
people quit because of me? Please do list these players. Because
Not ONCE has anyone EVER said anything about me "making a player
quit" I'm pretty sure that if that HAD happened and if it was
20-30 I wouldn't be here at all. So, again enlighten the world
of NTS of these 20-30 please because that is just a flat out
bullfuckingshit lie there.
Yes, I am rude to you and yes I mute you. Only after being
provoked with comments like "yea shut up or I will have nalah
demote you because I can do that" or "Nothing else to add", "Any
other stupid comments I can report?" Honestly...You can ASK any
player on this server, provoking me and talking shit to me will
only get you one thing. And that's the full blast of my rage.
With that in mind. Should Nalah, Bert and the other staff agree
to demote me I won't argue. However, you should first get a
valid "report" then submit it. And make sure you're "claims" are
legit. Because none of these are. Have a magical day!

Yes, I do know what your job is.
Let me refer to the staff responsibilities.
" Responsible for assisting players with server issues. (I.E
- Filling a pond with water at
your house, protecting your house/chests.. Etc.)
Responsible for assisting other staff with their
responsibilities.
Responsible for monitoring other staff and players."
THAT is your job. From what I've seen, you just haven't been
doing ANY of those. Well, maybe the last one, but that is always
done inappropriately.
Oh yeah, and your 'humor'? That shit is not fucking humor. Any
staff member who is not doing his/her job should be demoted. And
one last thing. You always swear as if it is uncontrollable. I
got told to manage my anger, maybe you can do it too. The reason
why nobody has complained about you, is because they are afraid.
I have a friend on the server (Not naming due to the possibility
of being embarrassed, but you know who you are), who has tried
but for the next week or so you sent them insults upon insults
because they unmuted someone that YOU muted for absolutely no
reason. I saw the unmuting, but your reaction was just not cool
at all. You may think what you are doing is harmless, but NO.
That's CYBER-BULLYING. And by the way, I won't have a "Magical
day". Because of you, my day was RUINED. I hope you have a
TERRIBLE day too. >:(

For the record...Any time a player has asked me to do something.
I've done it. Sure I've given them a hard time about it. But it
was still done. As for me spazzing out and and sending
Commoncloud ONE message. That was settled for one. Second
Commoncloud had no business undoing something a higher staff
member did regardless of the reason it was done. It's called a
chain of command for a reason.

Hey derpy, i know this might now be my place to interject, but
that is an extremely bold accusation, you do have the proof to
back up this accusation right?, plus im kinda inclined to be on
rodimus's side considering all last month he was on a total of
about 6 times, all of which there have been no less than 5
people on at a time.

20-30 COMPLAINTS
and multiple maybe 3-4 people quit

Are you kidding me? You accuse me of something that is beyond a
doubt very serious then change your story.....That alone proves
you "claim" is nothing more then a bullshit lie. Have a magical

I am fully aware of what im about to comment, my intention is
NOT to start a second arguement and im not a high-ranking staff
member but things need to be said.
There are many things wrong with this arguement, which shouldnt
have started in the first place. First, have you tried informing
nalah or bert about this first, or asked him to be kinder
towards you? (yes, Rod has muted me for 2 minutes for warning my
friend about a troll.) Secondly Rodimus is online much more
often so some of the content cant be entirely trusted like he
pointed out himself. Yes Rodimus is rude towards others too but
have you considered that you have annoyed him in a way you
shouldnt have in the first place if hes meaner to you than
others?
As for Rodimus, im pretty sure that if his attitude came from a
newly joined recruit he'd be muted pretty soon. I know people
are aware of your "rude" sense of humor but that doesnt mean
that that humor has to be forced upon others and eventually lead
to a situation that led to the creation of this thread. Not
everyone is tolerant or understands that kind of humor on this
server.
Now with this said could we please continue working on a
friendlier atmosphere on this server? Im sure many others would
agree with me and prefer a server with no grudges going on
between staff members.

Thanks, Lord Goulash.
I personally do not know you, but this is a GREAT idea! Now, all
we have to do is wait and see if Rodimus agrees too.
Also, for you, Rod, I would really appreciate if you would be
kinder on the server. I am just a 12 year old girl, ya know.
