Request for the return of lost commands.

As some people have noticed you lose some of the Artisan
commands and abilities when you get promoted to a Mentor.
Once i got promoted to Mentor i noticed losing (most notably) my
/tpallow, /slap and /time commands, and the ability to place
liquids.
I'm asking for the return of these commands because once earned
privileges shouldnt be lost through a "promotion" once earned.
Unless of course you think ive abused these commands, in which
case you should disregard this request.

Ranks have different permissions for a reason. A mentors job is
to help, blocking teleports and slapping people is not helpful.
