       To become a staff member, it takes a bit of knowledge and
       understanding of the rules.  It would seem that you do not have
       either, since you submitted this.  I would recommend looking at
       the suggested staff apps, though if you just joined, it is
       highly unlikely that you will get a position.  Become a
       respected member of the community.  At that point, you may be
       considered.
