       Item spamming

       A person named METOPOTAMIJA was using a modded client and
       spamming items. He was generally noclipping around the map and
       spamming high level items. People were lagging out due to this
       and were asking him to stop doing these things for multiple
       times without compliance.
       This was still going on during the making of this report.
