       Regarding Terraria Patcher

       So, I'm sure you've all heard of this "Terraria Patcher", a tool
       the patches the Terraria.exe file to your preference. There is
       some controversy on the ACTUAL TCF about it, and I would like to
       share a few words regarding it.
       First off, when you look at the interface, I'm sure your mind
       screams "Hacked Client"; It's actually not. It was intended as a
       singleplayer building tool. Yes, it can be used in a bad way,
       like any tool, but also like any tool, the end result of it
       depends upon the user. For example; I use Terraria Patcher,
       mostly for the /item feature so I can obtain blocks without
       having to relog between NTS and SP.
       Second, regarding teleport spamming; Not everyone uses it to
       spam. Personally, I think people who use it for that should be
       banned, not only because of the obnoxiously loud noise and the
       lag, but because it allows PVP cheating, along with some other
       nefarious uses.
       Thirdly, regarding the "Hack" portions (Godmode, PermaBuffs); I
       believe this should be allowed, provided it isn't used for PVP
       to gain an unfair advantage.
       Just my personal opinion, because I use it and people's minds
       are automatically like, 'OMG, Noob hacker! Ban!'. No, it's a
       tool. If we want to make use of it, provided it doesn't
       interfere with other people, I don't see how this is a problem.
       Like I said, this is my personal opinion, coming from first hand
       experience. I am not staff, so I can't really set it in stone,
       but this is an opinion of a loyal member who has actual
       experience.

       Using commands that you otherwise should not be able to do on my
       server is not okay with me.
       The reason for this is that it defeats the purpose of earning a
       rank and becoming a trusted member of our community.
       If I allow everyone to use commands that they shouldn't have,
       such as godmode, then they have no reason to earn a rank to get
       access to the commands.
       I don't mind getting items for building, but any use of godmode
       or permabuffs will not be tolerated.
