Map not rendering? (blocks not joining together) Read me!

Many of you have experienced the bug when parts of world don't
load correctly and the blocks won't connect naturally as they
should until you modify them. This is caused by Wolfje, one of
the most powerful plugin developers out there, rewriting the
network code to improve server performance and to reduce
hardware requirements for the host (in this case Nalah).
The way it works now, every packet (basically every action on
the server) has to be done in one so-called cycle. Each cycle
must be completed before new one starts. The way it is now, the
hardware and network demand grows exponencially and not normally
with each player connected. Wolfje is rewriting so that these
packet requests are improved and not included in the cycle. He
makes it so they instead make a queue, which will have really
lower impact on the server performance than the current
solution. It is still WIP, so it is not really completed and it
is a bit laggy, the most noticeable lag being the lagged map
rendering.
