Depends. I could either watch and observe a simple ongoing
rainstorm or snowstorm while I drink coffee, or I listen to
certain music whilst I try and make art with only pencil. Art
and music make it easy for me to escape my reality. If neither
of these, I sit alone in a dark room in utter darkness and
silence.

Usually playing games. Rarely these days do I use writing as my
escape, but I do miss it and want to get back into it. Eating a
good meal or some gourmet food helps too.

I usually just sink into playing video games all day, but
sometimes I just go to take a nap. Submerging myself into a good
book *cough cough* mazerunner cough cough* provides the best
escape of them all.

I would play video games, write a story or draw a picture to
express my emotions, or hide in my closet (let the gay jokes
commence...) and read. I also listen to music, any music I can
find I will listen to.
I also sleep lol
