       Has the position 'Mercenary Supplier' been forgotten?

       I think the Mercenary Supplier rank has been forgotten somehow,
       with the lack of Merchants on now, or at least when I'm on, and
       that I see nobody applying for Mercenary and the list isn't on
       the 'Current Staff Members' list. I would be happy to apply if
       we need a Merchant on NTS more often/at night. I don't know what
       permissions a normal user has, wether they have /i or not, so if
       we do need more merchants, I will apply!
