abusive mods

I was good at pvp and so they assumed hacks and kicked me
without telling me abouttheir "proof". They said there is no way
to avoid /kill and they wouldn't listen to me when I said there
are 2 ways without hacks. They kicked me 3 times, muted me,
thretened permamute, and then banned me for 24 hours. The mods
were Christian, and i can't remember the other mods name. the
ban reason was "multiple ban complaints".

Those mods were Me and CommonCloud
He used the /kill command on you several times, sometimes u
died, others u did not die.
He is a regular player mod, he can spot cheaters, he kicked you,
more than 3 times telling you to stop using mods and other
additions on the pvp arena, instead u started to ask for proofs,
even asked to talk personally with Nalah, about those terrible
mods.
Sylver also complained about your magical skills, skills i
personally tested and took me 20 hits to kill you, with a
regular dmg of 250ish, i banned you for 24 hours in respond not
only to your assuming to your truth miracluos skills, but also
for disrispecting me, continuous use of caps and blattering
spamm in the chat log, if those arent enough reason for not
being abusive mods then we are fucked kiddo.

I capslocked once when you kicked me. I only used caps after
that to add emphasis. I tried to show you that your oh high and
mighty /kill command isnt a perfect test, but you ignored me.
Sylver complained because i beat them. They said i was using
hacks to attack faster, even though the setup I was using i
designed to add as much attack speed as I can. Word of mouth is
not the almighty judge of wether someone is guilty or not.

Talk to our superiors, we are only doing our jobs, the full of
flaws according to you /kill command, well, only c it fail in
cheaters, in the other hand if several players complain we must
pay special attention to that player, its our duty, dont like
the ways things works around? Check the rules, u broke at least
4 rules several times in one night, CommonCloud showed you how u
were hacking, i tested myself, i dont see how we were abusive,
in the other hand if u are not agree with the results of ur self
breaking our rules go to the ban appeals and there state your
reasons and how u got abused by us, but sice u are in a ruled
server you will follow the rules u agreed to follow when u
entered to the server and being there for several weeks, we are
just doing our job, dont like it? im sorry, but at least show
respect to mods when they are being unfair and accusing you of
hacks when they tested the chance MORE THAN 15 TIMES.

You exaggerate your numbers too much by the way. you didn't
"test" me 15 times.

There are a few ways players can actually set up their equipment
nto avoid death from the /kill command, allow for faster then
normal attack speed and regen. I know this because I've done it
many times my self and seen it been done. People do actually
take the time and work on equipment set ups. It's never good to
jump straight to assuming hacks just because a person doesn't
always die. But that is just my 2 cents.

I agree with this. The rules state that you need proof of
hacking, and a /kill failing is not necessarily proof. I'm not
saying you guys were wrong to suspect it since I would probably
have suspected it myself, but I would not have banned him.
Another way to attempt a test is to use /freeze and also search
their inventory to see if they have Hand Warmers, if they don't
freeze, and don't have the hand warmers there's a good chance
they are hacking.
Also..

That by no means means they are hacking, he could have very high
defense, potions, health regen, etc. It is not possible to
increase your HP above the 600 limit on NTS as the server will
disable and kick you automatically, so I can tell you that
wasn't the case here. As for not dying from a /kill command,
there sometimes are reasons for that outside of hacking.
Sometimes it's lag, and the server has been lagging more often
than usual recently you all know that.
Bacon, I will lift your ban. If I find out that you were in fact
hacking, I will be sorely disappointed :(
