Something I've recently noticed

I've started seeing a lot more people using caps in the chat. I
understand that sometimes staff are susceptible to using caps in
the chat and I know it can be confusing when we then tell you to
stop. I'm here to put the records straight. Caps are annoying af
and some staff and non staff will be on your case straight away.
This is to everyone please stop using caps, even staff who think
they are above rules please refrain yourself as we do not want
to all become hypocrites.
The first time you see someone using caps please ask them to
stop politely (even staff members as we are not above the
rules). The second time warn them that they will be muted if
they use it again. Third mute them saying next it will be a
kick. If after you have muted them they continue then kick them
saying that it is their last warning. If after all your warnings
and punishments the scoundrel is still being a cock then speak
to an admin or SA requesting a perma mute or to inform them you
have perma muted them.
Thank you for reading this, I know its a bit long but I've
noticed this issue has grown over the past couple of weeks so I
just wanted to address a few of the problems.

The rules have never stated, and will never state that capital
letters forbidden. That's just silly.
It is asked that caps are not use excessively. Which is
important to remember.
This is the same as the two bosses thing. Two bosses was never a
rule, simply a recommendation. Staff have taken it to the
extremes which is what is annoying to me.
As staff, it is your duty to understand the rules. There are
people you can seek advice from if you do not.
Keep in mind that when I say excessive, I mean like, at least
two or more FULL sentences in caps.

And by full sentence, I MEAN LIKE AT LEAST ENOUGH TO CAUSE A
WALL IN THE CHAT NOT JUST THREE OR FOUR WORDS. Lol.

About the two t bosses thing. I only mention that when it gets
laggy, although my computer is oldish.
