Houses being griefed a lot as of the last two days

Several houses have been griefed. I'm not sure who it was but I
do know a lot has been done by someone or more than one person.

There's been a lot of griefing lately, we are doing our best to
keep on top of it.
Best thing you can do is to advise players to type /building
once they have built something so that it will generate a
notification for an admin to protect it when they login.

I have been trying my best to help out, and remind players when
I am on to do so. Also letting helpers and admin know this is
happening.

Y'know, sometimes griefing might not be purposeful. Some new
players assume that every building comes protected and/or they
COULD be accidently swinging their pick, or again if they think
the building is protected htey my try to repeatedly break the
plock for fun.
Yo dawg, thats a long post

I admit, sometimes I'm Swinging my Shroomite claws and i
accidentally break a block of an unprotected area. Some new
players may panic and run off, scared

Griefing is always going to be an issue. We have plenty of
capable staff, sometimes there isn't always going to be someone
online to protect it every single time someone builds something.
People are going to be assholes forever, and will always destroy
shit if they are able.
Grief can easily be restored. The best thing you can do if you
find grief, is to type /reportgrief to send a report to
superadmins only so that they can check it and roll it back when
they are online.
If you find a building that needs protecting (can also be the
location of a grief) you should be using /building to report the
building.
You can use /reportgrief and /reportbuilding at the same
location. This would mean that an admin can go protect the
region and later on a superadmin can roll it back.
The system is ineffective if people are not sending the reports.
It's also been ineffective due to moderators being able to check
the reports which removes the warps.
[glow=red,2,300]Please use these two commands going forward, and
encourage everyone else to do the same.[/glow] It's not an
immediate solution to grief, but it ensures that the structure
WILL be restored.
