Rules for using Infinest or other hacked clients

We have once again decided that trustworthy individuals will be
permitted to use infinest or another hacked client provided that
they follow all rules listed here, as well as regular server
rules of course.
Staff and players alike will be permitted to use infinest
provided they do NOT commit any of the following crimes;
[*]Using any type of godmode that bypasses the /kill command
[*]Using any type of hack that prevents freezing
[*]Using any type of hack to bypass blacklisted or banned items
and tiles
[*]Using any type of hack to bypass the /tphere command
[*]Using any type of damage or health hack in PvP
[*]Using the shadow command to stalk/annoy players
[*]Spawning all bosses at once (outside of using /allboss)
[*]Using increased tile/wall placement and removal boosts to
grief
[*]Mass spawning items to give out for free
[*]Illegal Prefixes on Armor/Weapons/Ammo that is impossible to
obtain normally
"Banning Regulations - Hacking"
Hacking - User should not be banned on sight. If you feel that
someone is hacking maliciously, you need proof before you can
act. If you have proof of harm, you should be asking them nicely
to turn off their hacks and read the guidelines for allowed
hacks. If they are not causing any harm, or breaking the rules
for using Infinest, let them carry on. You should issue a 1st
warning that if they do not comply they will be temporarily
banned. If they refuse to do so then you may ban them for 24
hours and post your report in the Banned Players thread. If they
return after the ban expires and continue to hack, you may issue
a 2nd warning to tell them they will be permanently banned if
they continue. If you have proof that they are still hacking,
you may ban them permanently and update your posting.
