       Requesting a Group Base

       In this topic groups are able to request a Base. If you are not
       a group leader DO NOT try to request a base since we only accept
       requests from the Group leader itself.
       Asking Base Managers (Mr.Risk,Zumba) Will Lead Your Application
       to a denied !
       Only  ^MoStaPha^  and Zumba can ACCEPT and DENY Bases
       Requirements BEFORE requesting a base:
       The group has a Group Board in the Forums
       The group has AT LEAST 12 Members and AT LEAST 9 of them are
       active weekly
       The group has a good reputation with good players and not known
       as "GROUP HOPPERS"
       You have to wait 1 week before new apply if your previous apply
       was rejected.
       Base requirements:
       A base shouldn't be build in the air.
       A base shouldn't block anything such as roads, turfs, markers,
       shops, houses, public places, train rails.
       A base shouldn't be bigger then 100X and 100Y.
       There is some leaniancy here based on the quality of the base
       and location.
       Objects outside the base are not allowed.
       Vehicles, pickups and peds are forbidden and will result in your
       gang never getting a base.
       Bases are only allowed INSIDE the LV chatzone.
       A base should fit into the area, no fictional things.
       A base shouldn't be near another base.
       No scripts are allowed, a script for gates or interiors is not
       needed.
       We accept only high quality bases, we advice to hire a
       mapper.(Zumba,Proffesional Mapper)
       No objects inside other objects are allowed.
