Now that we are two thirds through Fire at the Arsenal, I am
convinced, that a staggered sign in time won't do much good to
give different player levels a fair chance of being placed among
the top 3, the difference in points per action is just too big
to cover with a head start. To choose head start times giving
everybody an equal chance would probably mean to risk running
out of time for completing the challenge.
So I suggest abandoning the plan of staggered starting times and
just keep to making sure everybody can join to get the basic
reward. Or plan the staggered starting times just among those
alliance members who have a reasonable chance to be placed among
the top three.

I Agree with Jessica. Moreover, I think it's usless to respond
here with our lvl. First, it changes very quick (I'm 90+ right
now). Second, we have a similar topic with friend invitations. I
suggest to lock this one.

I'm not ignoring, just thinking. The most important thing about
this alliance, the reason that I started it, was I was sick of
seeing new players get nerfed. So, if I can't figure out an
effective way to allow everyone a fair chance, then this
alliance might as well be just like the others.
I don't think I have the answer yet, but I still hold out hope
that we, together, will find a way. So, let's stick with it
(we've only done 2 challenges at this point, and one was messed
up by being started early), and hope that it evolves into
something really effective at giving everyone a chance.
Please keep the ideas and discussion coming!
