How Attack the enemy (And help our friends)

Attached is a picture that hopefully gives help with how to
attack a camp. It's not the most intuitive interface in the
world, so it is easy to get confused.
You can scroll through the alliances on the bottom (Prev, top
view self, next) after picking the region. You want to confine
activities to the regions (the North, Westerlands, etc) in which
we are engaged. Read the sections posted in the forums on
current strategy to see which regions and camps where we need
actions or allies that need help.
