       What happens when you go 1 day no sleep

       When you have 24 hours or more of no sleep it is no different to
       a blood alchohol level of 0.05 and driving under this condition
       is dangerous because you can experience microsleep and run off
       the road.  8)
       And don't forget to say when someone offers you a smoke.... just
       say "No thanks I quit Dot Com"
