       Success... My Success with the NRT Quitmyst Spray

       Basically the success I have had is use the NRT spray for a
       length of time of 5 years, and I will never go back to the
       spray. It does contain a small amount of alchohol. And I believe
       that a hit of the spray is faster than a hit of a real
       cigarette. So Just making 1 Canister last 2 days with some
       discipline in using the spray was also some success. I really
       link the success to how I have used the NRT Spray to 4 years of
       Kyokushin Karate tripple grading to blue belt. Also my 20 years
       of Playing Poker Professionally and never drinking alchohol.
