       +4 Psychosis
       +3 mania
       +2 hypomania
       +1 high
       0 flat
       -1 low
       -2 semi depressed
       -3 depression
       -4 deep depression
       -5 emotional death
       What would be considered normal is mood range/scope between 1
       and -1.
       For me however it would be between 1.5 and -1.5 having bipolar 1
