       I have no problem with the gum the gum is awesome. I just pop it
       and chew a bit then put the gum between your teeth and cheak and
       just let the nicotine release. Then you get relief. A tip is you
       can pop 2 at a time. I find it lasting 3 hours for me. Then I
       spit it out in the bin. Then wait 1 hour. That is a 4 hour
       duration.
